Volt hockey launches in Boston with help from Northeastern student

In Gävle, a small coastal metropolis the place 22 groups from six international locations competed, the lone U.S. entry was welcome with gratitude.

“What struck us was simply how supportive everybody was,” Hogan says. “The game is centralized in Scandinavia—many of the groups are from Norway, Denmark and Sweden—and I believe they see our involvement, in addition to Canada’s, as potential for enormous progress.
